Associates While the Firm is self contained, in order to remain at the forefront of it's own specialities, it works in association with a network of Attorneys specialising in other fields of law. The advantage of this is that by procuring the firm's services the client has a one stop shop for all it's legal quandaries, no matter how unique.   Our associates all subscribe to the same level of service and code of conduct and due to structured fee agreements between the associates and our firm, the client benefits from pre-arranged reduced legal fees as opposed to dealing directly with the associate attorney. The client is also free from the inconvenience of having to consult at different venues for different legal dilemmas, as the consultation process is centralised at the firm and is conducted in so far as is possible by the firms staff at the convenience of the client either at our offices or at the offices of the client.   With the association arrangement the Firm is unlimited in the services it can provide to it's clients. With the service system it has implemented and perfected over seven years it is unlimited in the volume of work it can undertake.     Advocates As a rule, litigation is the realm of advocates, referred to in the profession as "Counsel". They advise on matters relating to the interpretation and application of law and are responsible for drafting Court documents and appearing in Court. Advocates do not receive briefs directly from the public.   Their services are procured by Attorneys on behalf of their clients in litigation matters and in matters of law, especially if the advocate in question is at the forefront of a specialised field of law. Our firm has built relationships with the country's leading junior and senior advocates, and derive immense benefit from their expertise and direction. As a result, through the firm, client's have access to the best lawyers in the country.
